The essential starting point. Our discover phase helps us understand where the business is now and where you want it to be. We will often cover; establishing the strategic ambition and goals of your business, understanding where you are with your existing sales & marketing strategies and activities, what operational resources and capabilities (in-house and externally) exist to meet your business goals and ambitions, discuss any known problems and identify any gaps that might be present within the business or wider marketplace.
DEFINE
Taking what we have learned from the discovery phase, we propose the core pillars of a sales & marketing approach to meet your objectives. We outline opportunities for improvements, areas to be evolved and new developments within your marketing strategy & activities and within your marketing operations. We work with you to agree an overall approach, opportunities & roadmap to success (strategically, tactically or to fix fundamental enablers).
DEVELOP
