Three heads - one approach
Since starting Synergy Agency back in 2010 we made a promise that our clients will only ever get Director level service. That's a promise we still wholeheartedly live by - but now it's the power of three.
Today there are three directors of Synergy, who for the last 10 years have worked together to transform businesses of all varieties. We work together bringing our own specialities to the table, looking at challenges with three different insights and building on each others ideas to create one holistic approach that encompasses the complete marketing journey; from beginning to end.

As our Creative Director Dave brings over 30 years of experience in generating ideas, crafting concepts, and providing constructive Creative Direction.
With a diverse portfolio spanning B2B and B2C sectors, both public and private, Dave takes pride in his hands-on approach; working directly with clients to understand their brand and their vision, before leading the creative and production teams personally. His curiosity, passion, and empathy allow him to not only set the creative vision but also nurture it within every team.
A natural leader and project manager; Dave possesses a unique ability to assemble dynamic teams of thinkers, creators, and implementers, offering invaluable guidance and direction throughout and the ability to provide even the most complicated campaigns for his clients.
Dave's expertise in marketing communications and creative solutions encompasses all mediums, allowing him to seamlessly collaborate at any level, from boardroom strategy sessions to start-up ventures. His adeptness at managing budgets, teams, and logistics ensures the success of projects ranging from singular endeavours to expansive multi-million-pound campaigns.

Dave Glenn
Jen Broadhurst
Defining individual strategies and developing them into actionable briefs
Jen is an experienced marketing professional who specialises in brand and strategy. She has always believed in the importance of demystifying the marketing process, and the power that can come from internal teams working collaboratively with their agencies.
Jen’s skills come into play once the route challenge has been identified. Working with your teams she draws out all possible information to take a wide account of the situation. But from here she’ll hone in – instinctively knowing how to separate the key details from the red herrings to create strategies and single-minded action plans to meet your objectives.
Ultimately, the added value Jen brings is her ability to seamlessly move between the worlds of strategy and creativity. Equally adept in both she’s able to put strategy into a language that creative teams understand and test creative to ensure it delivers on the strategy. Being fully adept in copywriting, artistic direction and digital (a qualified engineer) her left and right brain thinking makes her the perfect bridge when working singularly with clients and creatives or when combined with fellow Directors Dave and Celia.
