Each Spitfire collection is unique, and with each new development, we begin with extensive demographic, location and site research.
For the Welford-upon-Avon collection, our content management team developed meaningful house type and site names, which were relevant to the surrounding area and appealing to the target demographic. The team also drafted and managed a series of email broadcasts; this kept potential buyers updated on the developments progress, and publicised key dates including showhome openings and exclusive events.
With careful branding, our creatives gave Welford-upon-Avon an independent identity, but one that complimented the existing Spitfire Bespoke Homes brand. The developments marketing materials included a printed brochure, which our team project managed on time, and to budget.
The brochure was designed by our teams of in-house creatives and copywriters; the project was overseen by one of our project managers, who liaised with printers and suppliers on our clients behalf.
