Following a successful rebrand (see here), Seddon wanted to build on their relationship focus and create a campaign to continually engage with their employees. To promote a healthy workplace, encourage professional development and promote safe behaviours on dangerous construction sites.
To make employee communications stand out we created a bespoke style, distinguishing the look of an internal communication to an external one. This new style was to be softer, simpler and more human whilst still sitting well against the external brand.
The initial brief started as a one-off internal campaign, this was so well received the approach was subsequently adopted for all communications with employees and recruitment.
