To celebrate their 30th year anniversary Mossvale wanted to undergo a rebrand. Their old visual identity no longer reflected their current services or the profile of their current clients, and there was no tangible brand essence that readily differentiated Mossvale from competitors.
The research and strategy phase highlighted a gap in the market where Mossvale could strive. We worked with Mossvale to understand their current culture and aligned this against potential clients to create a very natural brand positioning for them. The creative process followed this new brand positioning; to create a brand with strength, vibrancy, professionalism and approachability.
The new brand has been whole-heartedly embraced by all at Mossvale. Brand guidelines and document design templates have been produced, core messages crafted and a brand rollout implemented. Within the first few weeks of the new brand launch Mossvale received an increase in job opportunities and increased awareness of services offered.
Following the rebrand Synergy Agency have been appointed to create a digital marketing strategy and as incumbent agency for Mossvale.
