Brand building for a fast-growing developer

Mackenzie Miller Homes build luxurious new homes throughout the Midlands. With the first few developments under their belt, they were looking to grow. In 2018 Mackenzie Miller Homes came to Synergy Agency requiring an agency they could trust to take the brand and marketing off their hands so they could continue with their day jobs and seek further business growth.

After initial meetings and discussions around objectives we went straight into our first project – providing strategic marketing to support the upcoming Lockhart Court Development. Synergy project managed the Lockhart Court Development, working with all partners, to produce printed marketing material, a development brochure, site hoarding, photography, CGI’s, press adverts and a development microsite.

The material and approach taken on the Lockhart Court Development has formed the base for Mackenzie Miller Homes marketing going forward. Standards, style guides and process have been created to help keep on brand and allocate the relevant level of resource to each development. The brochures, marketing materials and microsite are also being used as a platform to showcase to investors whilst we move on with our latest commission – the Mackenzie Miller Homes website.
