As part of a wider branding and creative project, Cameron Homes tasked us with selling 54 new build apartments off plan. As their flagship development expectations were high for this one of a kind scheme.
Having profiled the target demographic an online strategy was created. This included retargeting campaigns across key social channels, Google Display Network advertising, email broadcasts and property portals. The creative served videos, html5 banners and copy only messages depending on the medium and stage in the buying cycle. All leads were directed to a purpose built microsite for the development.
All 54 apartments were sold off-plan. The campaign saw the highest number of traffic ever driven to Cameron’s facebook page, and the purpose built microsite provided leads with the relevant content for their buying stage – allowing the sales advisors to have conversations with well educated customers. The success of the Lakeside Apartments project has led to us working alongside Cameron on their subsequent high-profile projects.
