The Brief

Cameron Homes build quality new developments throughout the Midlands. Their 2017 Lakeside Apartment development required strategic marketing support to target their ideal demographic, and secure sales.

The Approach

With consultative support, Cameron Homes received marketing collateral for their Lakeside Apartment development that results in a targeted, cohesive and complete campaign. From the onset of the project, the clients were advised in the best marketing strategy; we project managed, designed and implemented their entire digital and marketing materials to reach and engage potential buyers.

On-going content marketing included a series of email broadcasts to update and interact with a targeted client base throughout the development build; digital marketing included pavement signage for the development sites, as well as printed marketing for their sales office suite. Video work, printed brochures and micro-websites were also created as part of the promotional materials, and our project management ensured that the project was delivered on time, and to budget.

The Lakeside Apartments development comprised of 54 properties; following completion, each home was sold within a year.

The Lakeside Apartments development comprised of 54 properties; following completion, each home was sold within a year. We are now working on the marketing collateral for their 2018 development, and look forward to equally successful results when the homes are released later this year.
