Cameron Homes were about to start on site with a one-of-a-kind development, Lakeside Apartments. As a prestigious scheme they were anxious to make it work and were looking for an agency to handle it all – including project managing and working with their internal departments from pre-start meeting right through to the handover of the final apartment.
The project became a full branding exercise for the development, marketing plan, sales strategies and working as an external marketing manager. The project started with meeting the complete team and understanding remits and working practices, from Site Managers to Commercial Directors. Whilst our strategists began to define the target audience for the scheme, their buying habits and any barriers to purchase, our designers created a brand identity unique to Cameron Homes and our project managers began talking with Cameron Homes existing suppliers, potential suppliers and produced a production plan to create all material needed for the year.
Within 12 months of starting on site all apartments had sold off plan. Launch events were held, sales offices designed, site hoarding and signage produced, as well as all marketing collateral, an app and a digital campaign (see here). As with the majority of large-scale construction projects, build and logistical challenges arose, but these were handled as a team and all deadlines met. Cameron Homes have since worked with us on all key and high profile projects both internally and externally.
