Cameron Homes acquired a new development that needed to be brought to market. Described internally as “our jewel in the crown”, the development is a mix of restoration and new build, combining character, heritage and the highest specification on a 12.5 acre private estate. Cameron Homes asked Synergy to define the development strategy, name and identity, define the marketing strategy and produce brochures, site signage & marketing and advertising collateral as per the strategy.
Following a research period the development strategy was defined as “It’s unique, it’s bespoke, it’s what you deserve”. This was the underlining though that was taken through all subsequent delivery for the development. From creating the development identity using the historic crests to treating the 5 areas of the development as separate destinations.
The strategy saw Synergy create development signage, sales suite graphics, printed brochures and micro-websites were designed, and ongoing content and email marketing to help interact with the targeted client base. The Aylesbury Park collection is shortly due for completion; event numbers have reached capacity, and analysis of the marketing campaign indicates that the homes will sell quickly when they are released later this year.
