NOTHING WITHOUT MEANING

Strategic marketing, brand implementation & project management is nothing without meaning. With thoughtful creativity and simplified processes, Synergy’s team of consultants, designers and writers offer an alternative approach to making businesses better.

An alternative approach:
The No Bullshit Philosophy

No doublespeak, just straight talk.
Everyone hates trendy terms and misleading tangents. Expect conversation in a language you understand, so that everyone’s on the same page.

No juniors, just Directors.
Communication is important, and being passed from team to team isn’t fun. Keep it consistent, and work with the directors for the duration of your project.

No withholding, just clarity.
Be involved in your project. Have opinions, develop ideas and be a part of every new development; the more input you have in your project, the more impactful it will be for your audience. Understand it better, more easily implemented, more usable, natural.

No dregs, just imagination.
Get exactly what you want, not what’s left on the shelf. Memorable marketing is personal, and that means nailing your brief, not adapting it to fit premade products.

The Process

  1. Client Meeting

A chat with the consultants. They'll get to know you, and dig until they have a clear understanding of your business, and where you want it to go. By finding out what's working and what you like, the consultants will get a picture of your needs, and get a feel for any problems.

  2. Create Brief

Formulating meeting notes, noting down initial thoughts and ideas, and highlighting any missing information needed from the client. After preliminary research, they’ll present you a brief, and include an estimate and timeline.

  3. Client Thumbs Up

Once you're happy that the brief nails your requirements, the project can move into the studio.

  4. Team selection

The consultants pull the right team together, briefing specialised graphic designers, art-workers and copywriters most experienced in delivering your job.

  5. Thinking time

Including in-depth research, strategy design, and production schedules. This is key; no matter how big or small the job, initial ideas need to be developed into achievable concepts that can be successfully implemented to solve your problem.

  6. Creative concepts

Initial creative concepts, including mood-boards, sketches, scribbled ideas helps get the client involved in the early stages of the project. Includes creative and brand strategy too.

  7. Design and delivery

Finalise project ideas and schedule the production and delivery deadlines.

  8. Quality checking

The final set of processes used to measure how well every element of the project is performing. From proofreading to testing a website’s mobile view, this stage ensures that products and services fulfil the brief, and meet consumer expectations.

  9. Implementation

Digital projects go live, and the publishers are given the nod to print.

  10. Courier

    Always. Check. Courier. Deliveries!

  11. Client happy?

    Of course!

  12. Measure

Consultants track the effectiveness and success of your project, comparing results to predetermined expectations.

  13. Test and refine

Some projects require continual monitoring, data analysis and content management. Just shout, and our consultants can take away this headache.
